Ruggeri & C. Giall'Oro Valdobbiadene Extra Dry Prosecco Superiore DOCG
Light straw color tending towards light. The crystal clarity of the wine is lined with the emphatic bead of bubbles. The bouquet, although intensely fruity, very delicate. The smell of ripe golden apple and acacia flowers come to mind. The wine is soft and sweet and fresh on the palate and pleasant light of alcohol. Grapes: Glera (grape commonly called prosecco) with small amounts Verdiso and Perera.
Geographical location: Within the limited DOCG zone on the hills of the first Dolomites foothills in the northern part of the province of Treviso.
Harvest period: second half of september.
Vinification: white vinification, without the peel at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C.
Generating bubbles: by slow fermentation in large sealed tanks at 12-14 ° C. pressure under the cork: 5 atmospheres.
Drinking at 5-7 ° C, open bottle just before serving.
